This autumn, Devon’s English Riviera welcomes a new kind of weekend escape as the Torbay Jazz Festival brings together outstanding live music, great hospitality and a coastal atmosphere from teatime, Friday 30 October to lunchtime, Sunday 1 November 2026.
Staged indoors at the Riviera International Centre on Torquay’s seafront, the Festival is designed as much as a weekend away as a series of high quality gigs. Across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, audiences can move between multiple stages and enjoy jazz, with wraparound blues and soul sounds from the 606 Club — all under one roof.
Our inaugural programme brings together established UK and international names, exciting contemporary talent and local Devon artists, with headliners including Courtney Pine, Soweto Kinch, Clare Teal and the 606 Club All Stars, alongside a wider programme of live music.
With Torquay, Paignton and Brixham providing a beautiful, coastal landscaped backdrop, visitors can combine the Festival with seaside walks, restaurants, bars and a relaxed autumn break on the English Riviera.
Getting here is straightforward too, with direct rail connections (and special fare offers) to Torquay from major UK hubs and airline connections via Exeter, Bristol and Southampton.
Festivalgoers can choose from weekend hotel packages, one-day hospitality experiences and individual Festival day tickets.
Three days. Multiple stages. One autumn weekend by the sea.
